3 posts per week, written in your voice, designed with your brand, and created to build trust, spark conversations, and convert.

The Timeline

  • ONBOARDING HOMEWORK 

    You’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire so I can get to know your voice, offers, audience, and what you’ve already built.

    No vague forms, just the key things I need to write content that sounds like you and sells for you.

  • KICK-OFF CALL

    This week sets the tone for everything we’re about to create.

    • We’ll start with a 60-minute Kick-Off Call to dig into your brand, offers, audience, and content goals, so the strategy we build reflects exactly where you’re headed.

    • You’ll share access to your branding assets (logos, colours, fonts) and your social accounts so we can hit the ground running.

    • While you're working on that, I’ll be auditing your current content and doing a deep dive into your audience, so we’re building from insight, not assumptions.

  • CANVA GRAPHICS & PORTAL ACCESS

    This is where your content starts looking as good as your offers feel.

    • I’ll design your custom Canva templates, tailored to your brand colours, fonts, and visual vibe, so every post looks scroll-stopping and so you.

    • Your client portal will be set up this week too. That’s where you’ll find your content plan, assets, approval links, and everything else we’ll share moving forward.

    • Once your templates are ready, I’ll send them your way for feedback and any tweaks, so we can lock in your look before content creation begins.

    From here on out, your content’s not just getting done… it’s looking fabulous and fully on-brand.

  • CONTENT CREATION & APPROVAL

    This is where your strategy becomes scroll-stopping content.

    • I’ll use your onboarding form and templates to write your first batch of posts, fully in your voice and aligned with what you’re selling.

    • I’ll also use your new Canva templates to design the posts, so everything looks sharp, on-brand, and effortlessly you.

    • You’ll receive a draft of your content for the month ahead. Caption + graphic pairings ready for review!

    You won’t need to rewrite anything. Just give your feedback, approve, and let it work for you.

  • FINAL REVIEW & SCHEDULING

    Let’s get everything ready to go live!

    • We’ll make any requested edits and send everything back for final approval within 72 hours.

    • Once approved, we’ll schedule your content for the first two weeks of Month 2, so it’s handled and ready to go!

  • By the end of Week 4, all your content will be live and ready to roll.

    From here, we’ll move into a smooth monthly content creation cycle!
